Admission Form for CONAMKAT for the 2024–2025 Session: How to Apply.

Application form for admission to CONAMKAT: This is to notify the public that the College of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, Katsina (CONAMKAT) will be selling online forms for admission to the following programs. The sale will begin on Friday, January 12, 2024, and end on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

1. Post Basic Nursing: For Certified Midwives
2. Basic Midwifery
3. Community Midwifery
4. Basic Nursing (Direct Entry): Regarding Certified Community Nurse
5. Basic Midwifery (Direct Entry) : Regarding Certified Community Midwives

Eligibility

1. Basic Midwifery and Basic Midwifery or Nursing (Direct Entry): Requires the applicant to be a Registered Community Midwife or Nurse and to have completed at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or WAEC/NECO or NABTEB at no more than two (2) sittings.
2. Post-Basic Nursing: To be eligible, a registered midwife must have completed at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at WAEC, NECO, or WAEC/NECO or NABTEB, at not more than two (2) sittings.
3. Community Midwifery: A minimum of four (4) credits, taken in not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Biology, and any two of Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, WAEC/NECO, or NABTEB, are required.
