Auchi Polytechnic SPAT Academic Calendar for the 2022/2023 session

Academic Year 2022-2023

Exams at the conclusion of the third trimester: The third trimester exams will complete on July 5, 2023, bringing an academic phase to a close.

A New Beginning: On July 10, 2023, the institution reopens, welcoming back students who are eager to begin the new academic year.

Registration: Registration starts On July 10, 2023, the registration procedure for all pupils will start, assuring their correct enrollment for the coming school year.

Beginning of Lectures: On July 17, 2023, all students begin their academic year with the start of their lectures.

Evaluation of Prior Performance: On July 31, 2023, a departmental board meeting will be conducted to discuss the third-trimester exam results for 2022–2023 students.

Additional Thoughts on the Results: The school board meets on August 3rd, 2023, to discuss the outcomes of the third-trimester exams from the previous academic year in more detail.

Matriculation and Orientation: For new students, the 9th and 10th of August 2023 are crucial days since they take part in matriculation and orientation activities.

Results: The Academic Board meets on August 17 and 18 of 2023 to discuss the results of the third-trimester exams for 2022/2023

Assignments Submission: All students must turn in their assignments by September 7, 2023.

For students who are unable to register by the deadline, a late registration period will start on September 25, 2023.

Public Holidays: In honor of Idel Maulud and Independence Day, respectively, the 27th of September 2023 and the second of October 2023 are designated as public holidays.

Exam Schedule: The first semester/trimester tests begin on October 9 and end on October 27.

Break: Beginning on October 27, 2023, students will begin their first semester or trimester break.

Return of Students for the Second Semester/Trimester: On October 30, 2023, classes resume for the second semester/trimester of the 2022–2023 academic year.

 Committee Meeting: Several board meetings are held in November 2023 to discuss the outcomes of the first semester/trimester exams. A departmental board meeting is scheduled for September 9, a school board meeting is scheduled for September 16 and 17, and an academic board meeting is scheduled for September 29 and 30.
