The public is cordially invited to the 19th Convocation Ceremony of the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, and Academic Board. The ceremony is set to take place as follows.

Thursday, January 18th, 2024

• Prof. Chinedu Nebo will give the convocation speech.
• Venue: Polytechnic Hall
• Time: ten in the morning
• Highlight: Display of Products from Different Departments

Friday January 19th 2024 

• Awards and convocation ceremony
• Venue: Convocation Arena
• Time: 10am

Payment of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (N25, 000) NAIRA CONVOCATION FEE

With the Federal Polytechnic Oko’s 19th Joint Convocation Ceremony coming up on January 19, 2024, I’ve been given an authorization to ask every student who graduated between 2010 and 2021 to pay a $25,000 (twenty-five thousand) Naira convocation fee.

The payment must be made to Federal Polytechnic, Oko Account, by bank draft.

In addition to the aforementioned requirements, the student must bring the bank draft to the Bursary in order for them to issue a receipt. After receiving the original receipt, the student can go to the Stores unit to pick up their convocation gown. However, it is anticipated that the gown should be returned to the store by Tuesday, January 23rd, 2024, at the latest.
If the gown is not returned by the specified date, there will be a five thousand naira (N5000) fine. Please read this for the benefit of the concerned graduates.
