The Vice Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), Anyigba, Prof. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has assured the public that justice will be pursued following the tragic death of 300 level Biochemistry student David Ocholi Solomon

During a condolence visit to the student’s family in Lokoja, the university leadership reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that those responsible for the incident are prosecuted while strengthening security measures across the campus

PAAU Confirms Arrest of Suspects in Student’s Killing

According to the Vice Chancellor, two suspects linked to the fatal incident have already been apprehended by the university’s internal security team He explained that they have since been handed over to law enforcement authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution

The university leadership stressed that accountability remains a top priority and pledged full cooperation with security agencies handling the case

Describing the incident as heartbreaking and unacceptable, Prof. Usman expressed deep sympathy to the family of the deceased student on behalf of the university community
