Delta State School of Nursing Form 2026/2027 Out

The management of the Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences has commenced the sale of admission forms for the 2026 academic session

Applications are currently being accepted from qualified candidates seeking admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Program available at the institution’s campuses located in Agbor, Asaba, Eku, Warri, and Sapele

The application form costs Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Naira (₦20,500) only

Eligibility Requirements for Admission

To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following conditions:

JAMB Requirement

Candidates must have scored at least 150 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

Applicants who did not initially choose any Delta State College of Nursing Sciences campus must visit an accredited JAMB centre to effect a change of institution

Age Requirement

  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of application

O’Level Requirements

Applicants must possess a minimum of five credit passes in:

  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology

Accepted examination bodies include:

  • WAEC
  • NECO
  • NABTEB

WAEC and NECO results can be combined within a maximum of two sittings, while NABTEB results must be obtained in one sitting.

Complete the form carefully and ensure all information provided is accurate

Step 3 Complete Online Registration

  • Visit the official admission portal and enter the unique application ID provided on your form
  • Upload your passport photograph, fill in your details, and submit the application online
  • After submission, print the completed application slip containing the QR code

Final Submission

Submit photocopies of:

  • Completed application form
  • Online printout with QR code
  • to your chosen campus
