Opportunities for students at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, to work while they study have been offered. Here are the specifics:
Students who wish to register at the Counselling and Human Development Center and earn money while studying under the Students Work/Study Scheme are cordially invited to do so. The objectives of this program are to improve students’ educational experiences and give financial aid to those who require it.
The following positions are open under the program:
- Teaching WAEC, NECO, and JAMB classes to primary and secondary students
- Agricultural work
- Child care
- Dry cleaning
- Car wash
- Research Assistant
- Computer operator/analyst
- Master of ceremonies and light entertainment at special events
- The program also accepts applications for other positions with particular skill requirements.
Additionally, interested University staff members can hire lesson teachers and house assistants.
