This is a request for all applicants to the 2023–2024 academic session at the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State, to sign up for the Post-UTME Screening, as explained below.
Eligibility for FUTB Post-UTME Screening
a) Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent in no more than two (2) sittings, with at least five relevant subjects—including English language and mathematics—passing at credit level.
b) Applicants for admission under Direct Entry (DE) are required to have at least a Lower credit on their National Diploma and six points on the IJMB Exam.
c) UTME Candidates who intend to attend FUTB but did not select the university as their first option and who received a minimum score of 150 in the 2023 UTME could use the JAMB website (http://www.jamb.org.ng) to switch to the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, BABURA. They ought to select any of the offered programs.

Procedures for FUTB Post-UTME Registration
The screening exercise’s online registration will open on Monday, October 9, 2023, and run until Sunday, February 4, 2024, at midnight.
REGISTRATION METHOD
Step 1: Visit https://myfutb.futb.edu.ng to log in.
Step 2: Enter your UTME Number and Score to log in.
Step 3: To generate REMITA Payment, update your contact information.
Step 4: You will receive an automatic REMITA Retrieval Reference number (RRR).
Phase 5: DE The next step for candidates is to upload their SSCE and “A” Level result(s).
Step 6: You can make a payment with any REMITA method. To access the payment dialog, click “Pay Now.” Alternatively, you can click “Generate Payment Schedule” to create, download, and print a payment schedule that includes all the details required to make a bank transfer Visit the webpage for REMITA. The only amount required of all candidates is N2,000, which does not include REMITA fees.
Step 6: You can update your UTME data after making a successful payment.
Step 7: Attach a photo the size of a passport.
Step 8: Update your O-level results in no more than two sittings.
Step 9: Submit electronic versions of your UTME result slip and O level results.
Step 10: To finish your registration, create, download, and print the acknowledgement sheet.
