Kaduna Polytechnic [KADPOLY] Gets New Registrar

A new registrar has been chosen at Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY). The details are presented below.

Dr. Muhammadu Tanimu, who is from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, has been appointed as the substantive Registrar of Kaduna Polytechnic.

According to a letter dated 5th May 2023 issued by the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Polytechnic Senator Muhammed A. The appointment of Dr. Muhammadu is for a single term of five (5) years and it can’t be renewed because of the new Federal Polytechnics (Amendment Act) 2019.

Prior to his appointment as Registrar of the Federal Government-owned Kaduna Polytechnic, Dr. Tanimu was a Deputy Registrar in Nasarawa State University’s Registry Department and a Faculty Officer in the Faculty of Administration.

The newly appointed Registrar is a member of MANUPA, the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrators, as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (AMIMC), the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), and the Institute of Corporate Administration (AFICA).

Dr. Tanimu joins the growing list of NSUK exports who are succeeding in a variety of disciplines in the Nigerian Tertiary Education sector, bringing a lot of industry expertise with him.
