College of Nursing and Midwifery Borno Admission Form 2026/2027 Details
The management of the College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri, Borno State, has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its nursing programs for the 2026/2027 academic session
Available programmes include:
- National Diploma (ND) Nursing
- Community Nursing
- Community Midwifery
- The admission form costs ₦10,000 and is non refundable
Cut Off Marks for Admission
Candidates applying for the various programs must meet the following JAMB requirements:
National Diploma (ND) Nursing
- Minimum JAMB score: 170 and above
Community Nursing Program
- Minimum JAMB score: 150 and above
Applicants must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, Maiduguri as their first choice institution during the 2026 UTME
Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission, candidates must:
- Possess at least five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Obtain the required credits in not more than two sittings
- Be at least 17 years old at the time of application
- Meet the approved requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
Accepted O’Level result combinations include:
- WAEC + WAEC
- WAEC + NECO
- NECO + NECO
- NABTEB + NABTEB
- NBAIS combinations as approved by NMCN
For ND Nursing applicants, candidates must also have participated in the 2026 UTME with the following subjects:
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics

Candidates should follow the steps below:
- Pay a non refundable application fee of ₦10,000 through the approved REMITA payment platform into the College of Nursing Sciences account
- Present evidence of payment and obtain an official receipt from the College Bursary Department
- Complete the online application form following the institution’s instructions
- Submit a printed copy of the completed application form to the College Administrative Office
- Applicants are strongly advised to ensure all information provided is accurate before submission
