The governor said this during an unplanned visit to the College of Health Science and Technology, Tsafe, .

The purpose of the visit, according to a statement released on Tuesday by Sulaiman Bala Idris, the governor’s spokesperson, was to evaluate the extent of the school’s infrastructure challenges.

The statement claims that Governor Lawal was shown around the school by Provost Hamisu Yusuf Yelwa, who evaluated and inspected the state of the dormitories and classrooms.

A portion of the structures examined included classroom blocks at the Dauda Lawal Dare Complex, which was built by the governor years prior to his election as governor as part of his charitable work.

Governor Lawal engaged with a few of the students living in the female dorms while conducting an assessment of them.

They emphasized the main issues that render the hostel unusable.

Governor Lawal pledged to act quickly to address the issue of the college’s deteriorating infrastructure because he was concerned about it.
