Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, has officially opened its admission screening portal for the 2026/2027 academic session The university is inviting qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates to apply for its admission screening exercise as part of the process for securing undergraduate admission
The screening exercise is open to candidates who selected KWASU as their first choice institution during JAMB registration, as well as those planning to switch their institution of choice to the university Interested applicants are advised to complete their registration early and ensure all submitted information is accurate

Who Is Eligible to Apply for the KWASU Screening Exercise?
Candidates who meet the following conditions can apply:
- Applicants who selected KWASU as their first-choice institution in JAMB
- Candidates willing to change their institution to KWASU through the JAMB portal
- UTME candidates seeking admission into undergraduate programs
- Direct Entry applicants
- Candidates possessing the required O’Level qualifications
Applicants must have at least five relevant credit passes, including English Language, obtained in not more than two sittings
Special Requirement for MBBS Applicants
Candidates applying for the MBBS program must possess all required O’Level credits in a single sitting. This requirement is compulsory and must be met before admission can be considered
Candidates awaiting O’Level results may also apply However, such results must be available before the admission process is finalized
KWASU Screening Registration Fee
The university has fixed the admission screening fee at ₦2,000 only
The payment is non refundable and must be made online through the official KWASU admission portal using approved electronic payment channels
How to Apply for KWASU Post UTME and Direct Entry Form 2026/2027
Applicants can complete their registration by following these steps:

- Select the “Apply” button or click on the Undergraduate Admission option

- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and proceed
